Frequently asked questions

What our guests ask most often. Can't find your answer? Give us a call, we will gladly help.

Where can I park?

The parish house stands in the pedestrian zone on Jakubská Street, so you cannot drive up to the entrance. The nearest options are the Rooseveltova car park (JD Parking), DOMINI PARK, the Benešova car park opposite the Grand Hotel, Rozmaryn, and the Za Divadlem car park (Dvořákova 588). Public transport is easier though: the stops are a minute's walk away.

Are coffee and tea included?

The hire price includes an equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, dishwasher, oven) where you can make tea and reheat food. A coffee machine is available by prior arrangement.

Can the spaces be connected?

Yes, the Parish Hall, the Library and the Parlour can be opened into one connected space for up to 100 guests. Simply tick all three in the enquiry form.

How does booking work?

Send a non-binding enquiry via the form, or give us a call. We will get back to you, sort out the details and confirm the date.

At what times are the spaces available?

As a guide: on weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm, on Saturdays and public holidays from 9 am to 8 pm, and on Sundays from noon to 8 pm. Bookings are made in whole hours; for other times, just ask us.

What is the cancellation policy?

The enquiry itself is entirely non-binding. A confirmed booking can be cancelled free of charge a week or more before the event, for 20% of the price less than a week ahead, for 50% the day before and for 100% on the day of the event.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

There is a lift in the building, but some steps cannot be avoided: 3 steps lead into the house and another 7 to the lift in the hallway. We are happy to help with those — just let us know in advance.
