Terms of hire
Booking and payment
Bookings are made in whole hours. If you overrun the agreed time, every further hour started is charged; unused booked time does not reduce the price.
A booking becomes binding only once confirmed by a member of our team. Until then your enquiry is entirely non-binding.
Longer blocks come at a discount: for 2 hours you pay 80%, for 3 hours 63% and for 5 hours 50% of the basic hourly rate. At weekends, on public holidays and on major church holidays prices increase by 20%. All prices are exclusive of VAT.
On handover you pay a refundable key deposit of CZK 1,000. If the key is lost, the deposit is forfeited and we may also charge for replacing the lock system.
Rules for the use of the parish premises
The kitchenette is shared by all groups hiring the premises at the same time. Please be considerate of one another.
Return the rooms in their original state: furniture rearranged, dishes washed, worktops clean. With a discounted rate, taking out the rubbish is part of the hire.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel a confirmed booking a week or more before the event, you pay nothing. For cancellations less than a week but more than a day ahead we charge 20% of the price. Cancelling the day before costs 50% and on the day of the event 100% of the hire price.
An enquiry or an unconfirmed booking is not subject to any cancellation fee.
